Flaxseed has been cultivate since Neolithic times, and is one of the oldest plants used by Man.
Flaxseed is one of the traditional components in animal nutrition.
In the past, farmers used to prepare a "bouillie" of flaxseed called "gâche", known for its benefits on animal health. In fact, flaxseeds are the richest source of Omega 3 in the plant kingdom. They contain 40% oil and 60% Omega 3.
